We We lchose this boat trip based on the positive reviews. The day before, we contacted them via WhatsApp to get information about the boat departure time to Comino. We mentioned that we would prefer to leave at 9 AM. That was no problem, and we didn't need to make a reservation. On the day itself, our car ride took longer than expected, so I sent a message well in advance letting them know we'd be a little late. I received a 👍🏼 in response. When we arrived (at 9:02), the guys operating the boat seemed to know nothing about it. There was no boat that had just left, and there wasn't much activity at all. After making a phone call, we were told that the boat would only depart at 10:00. In the meantime, no other people showed up, not even at 10 AM. So we ended up waiting for an hour for nothing, all because someone seemed to be having a bad day or at least wasn't focused on making sure vacationers had a good experience. The guy from the boat mentioned that it was windy, so he said he would pick us up at 3 PM from Santa Maria Bay. We were already planning to walk, so that was fine. Forty minutes before 3 PM, I sent another message to confirm, but received no reply. At that point, you're not feeling very relaxed on the beach anymore, wondering if you'll actually be picked up, especially when it's just the two of you. At 3:15 PM, there was still no sign of anyone, so we called. The guy eventually arrived but said we had to wait for someone else. We finally left at 3:30 PM. Overall, the communication was terrible, and we were left with an unpleasant feeling. Back at the harbor, the woman we spoke to was incredibly indifferent, acting very nonchalant and laughing. She seemed completely unbothered by the situation, as if she didn't care at all. Everyone seemed to make a big deal about us being two minutes late and acted as if it was our fault. We didn't say anything, and we would have totally understood if other people had to wait or if the boat had already left, but that wasn't the case at all. It felt like they were trying to mess with us, but why would you do that? I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company because it left us with a very negative experience.

Today we did a jetski safari with 5 people. It was an explicit trip with a massive amount of power on the jetski’s and a very friendly guide. We recommand this trip to everybody who is up to an unbelievable experience. Go and ask for Jonathan ✌🏼

Prebooked a 40hp boat prior to visiting and was very easy to do so via email. All staff was very friendly and explained the boat clearly and was clean with all working equipment. Great service as we had an issue whilst exploring Comino and our anchor got stuck. When we called a member of the team came out straight away and was able to retrieve the anchor without any damage. Really great place and would recommend hiring from hear to exploring the blue lagoon and Comino. Would recommend getting a Bolt here from the ferry port as it is a bit away from the bus routes.

Nettes freundliches Personal. Parkplatz Situation kann schwierig sein. Hatten eine geführte Jetski Tour, die super lief und sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Had a fantastic private boat ride around Gozo and Comino with Joyride. Great company our skipper Matthew was fantastic. No complaints they offer a great shuttle service from Hondoq beach to Comino too and will leave you on the island after your charter and come get you later. Much easier to park at Hondoq than mjarr harbour. Won’t use anyone else from now on great service lovely boat

Fast and easy communication by Whatsapp. We hired a private little boat for 4 hours, which was very nice. They gave us an easy map and clear instructions.

Je ne recommande absolument pas , vous payez comme client pour 30min de jet-ski pour 2=70€ aucun problème a part le bridage abusif incompréhensible malgres le briefing le jet se trouve bridé très souvent sans aucune raison en dehors des chenals... +20min pour 1 personne =40€ pour profiter une fois avoir compris où se situe leur balise gps qui bridé les jets et ont viens vous arrêter en mer au bout de 16/17minutes pour vous ramener a quai car vous n'avais pas encore payer la deuxième session ( alors que cet session a était payer par la personne restante a quai ... Et si vous réclamer la différence ont vous dis clairement que vous êtes un menteur et que vous avais même dépasser le temp prévu, leur "compteur" ( une simple montre casio fixé à la colle sur le compteur comme compteur de temps...pas très bien réglé car 1 min sur mon compteur de téléphone équivaut a 45 seconde sur le leurs, après plusieurs minutes de discussion on me rembourse quelques euro(4€) puis quand je fais une photo du stand pour laisser un avis négatif la vendeuse me propose de l'argent pour ne pas avoir d'avis négatif, elle m'a demander combien je voulais pour éviter un avis négatif en me donnant 2€ elle pensait en avoir finir ... A fuir !!!!! De vrai escroc !!!!!!! Je ne suis pas un gros pigeon !!! Je déconseille et je ferai un post sur d'autre site pour déconseillé vivement cet emplacement car je trouve cela vraiment abusé de facturer une prestation sans respecter le temp imparti . Certe vous m'avais rembourser après plusieurs minutes de labeurs car vous ne vouliez pas de mauvais avis Google , je trouve que c'est du chantage ... Mauvaise expérience malgres la gentillesse de la dame et du personnel

The jet ski I rented for €75 was so slow, I’m pretty sure I could have swum faster. It lacked power and excitement, making it a huge disappointment, especially for the price. Not worth it at all.

One of the best or might be the best activity to do in Malta. We took the self-driving boat for 3h for 80€+20€ fuel. Drove around the Comino and had the best time. I didn’t have any experience driving a boat, but the owner and instructor clearly explained everything and answered to all our questions, as well as, told the best places to anchor and enjoy the water. Most important - get up early and be there 9AM. At 12:00 the Blue Lagoon was packed with boats, at 9:15 we were just 3 boats anchored. If any of our friends or family will visit Malta, this is the top 1 thing we will definitely recommend.
